What counts as an active client?
An active client is any profile that has an open, unresolved document or signature request. Archived or historical clients are kept 100% free and unlimited, meaning you can always search, view, and download their historical documents without paying a penny extra.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. Quire is a flat-rate service without long-term locks. If you choose to switch between monthly and annual plans or change tiers, we prorate the difference instantly. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
Are SMS auto-nudges included in the flat rate?
Yes. SMS delivery for automated reminders, portal alerts, and magic links is fully included under our flat-rate plans. We do not surcharge for standard notification volume.
Do my clients need to pay or create accounts?
Never. Your clients experience a completely frictionless upload portal. Tapping the magic link gets them direct access branded with your firm name, where they can upload files and sign letters without passwords or fees. If they prefer, they can install the portal to their phone home screen for repeat access.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
