Quire replaces the messy client-facing layer — not the accounting tools your firm already trusts. We sit in front of your accounting stack, keeping your tools in sync while completely removing the document chasing in front of them.

The bridge model
Quire owns the client-facing layer — document requests, magic link portals, reminders, messaging. Everything collected passes through cleanly to your internal storage, team messaging, and collaboration tools. You keep your existing setup. You just stop chasing clients to feed it.

FAQ
Integration questions
How does the Slack integration work?
Once connected, Quire automatically posts real-time updates to Slack whenever a client uploads a document, completes a checklist request, or signs an agreement. You can configure which channel receives notifications so your team is always in the loop.
Can I use Quire fully without any integrations connected?
Yes, completely. Quire is a robust, standalone client portal. You can invite clients, request files, and collect signatures with zero integration setup. All documents are stored securely in Quire and can be downloaded in a single click.
What is the difference between OneDrive and Dropbox document syncing?
Both work identically — when a client submits a document through Quire, it is automatically uploaded to a structured folder in either OneDrive or Dropbox. The folder path follows the pattern: Client Name / Request Title / file. You can enable both simultaneously.
Are integrations included on all Quire plans?
Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Slack, Notion, and Zapier integrations are included across our plans, with Notion syncing available on our Pro plan tier.
What if my firm uses software not listed here?
No problem at all. If we don't have a direct integration yet, you can use Quire as a standalone portal, export files in bulk, or use Zapier as a bridge to route documents and metadata to thousands of accounting and CRM apps.
